Motiv8 fully arrange, coordinate and deliver the entire offering end to end, this includes all communications and arrangements between us and the attending suppliers and then between us and you the manufacturer.

Motiv8 work with you the manufacturer to arrange, promote and deliver the event, this includes us providing a private dedicated online event HUB, this starts out as a placeholder with all the initial event information, an “add to calendar” function, a from to refer suppliers of interest and request the inclusion of commodities of interest.

Around 6 weeks before the event the HUB then connects to the dedicated event page, this then shows the attending suppliers with full information about them and information of what they will be showing / presenting etc.

In addition we then provide dedicated pull up banners that we display onsite with a QR code that directs people to the event page, also images for onsite TV screens / Intranet etc and any custom banners, posters etc for any noticeboards etc, also A5 event booklets, all of which have QR codes taking people back to the made event page, everything we create for the manufacturer and just for internal use, we don’t share this information outside of the manufacturer, not even with the participating suppliers.

We also share best practice on what to share, when to share it and how best to share it etc.

When it comes to event delivery this is where Motiv8 takes poll position with its “military style” (to quote one OEM) level of organisation and delivery, we operate to level that is far stricter and more complexed than any manufacturer requests from us, this is to ensure seamless and faultless delivery of the event and the bringing on and off site of the suppliers and event equipment etc.

We operate a zero tolerance and compliance procedure when it comes to brining suppliers staff on and off site, all of which have to undergo a Motiv8 event participation induction prior to joining our events, then agree to our terms and conditions of operation upon arrival and wear our identification lanyards before we allow anyone onsite (11 years and over 500 events held in some of the most complicated and challenging locations around the world without a single negative issue, in fact our delivery method is used as a benchmark by one of the worlds largest automotive brands).

In most cases Motiv8 takes complete ownership of the on and off site security arrangements so as to remove this burden from the manufacturer, we have our own digital check in system that quickly allows us to share with site security who is onsite etc.

Motiv8 work directly with site staff in facilities to cover all the practical arrangements with the event space, covering all aspects around location of desks, power, fire exits etc, we also provide event strategies with floor plans, risk assessments, method statements etc.

All our events have a "day before” set up, this ensures Motiv8 has the time to arrange the space ahead of the suppliers coming in to set up, typically this works as Motiv8 setting up the space in the morning and then brining suppliers onsite to set up in afternoon in groups, this also ensures on the morning of the event everything is 100% set ready to go with no disruption.

Our events typically end at around 15.00 / 16.00 on the day and everything and everyone is removed that day.
